At Amir Traders, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of electronics and IT products, we follow a strict No Refund and Conditional Return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making your purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not applicable on any sold products.

  • Payments once made are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances determined by management discretion.

  • In rare cases, refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Policy

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of:

    • Wrong product delivered (not as per invoice).

    • Product is dead-on-arrival (DOA) and verified by our technical team.

    • Product is physically damaged during shipment (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof).

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.

  • Original invoice must be provided.

  • Product will first be inspected before any return is approved.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened software, printer cartridges, toners, and accessories.

  • Products with signs of physical damage, burn, or tampering.

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales.
