At Amir Traders, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of electronics and IT products, we follow a strict No Refund and Conditional Return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully before making your purchase.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable on any sold products.
Payments once made are non-refundable, unless under exceptional circumstances determined by management discretion.
In rare cases, refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Policy
Returns are only accepted in the case of:
Wrong product delivered (not as per invoice).
Product is dead-on-arrival (DOA) and verified by our technical team.
Product is physically damaged during shipment (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof).
Conditions for Return
Product must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
Original invoice must be provided.
Product will first be inspected before any return is approved.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened software, printer cartridges, toners, and accessories.
Products with signs of physical damage, burn, or tampering.
Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales.
