1. General Terms
a. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer/supplier/distributor and is facilitated by Amir Traders (the reseller/vendor). Amir Traders is not directly liable for warranty fulfillment.
b. All products are sold in fully functional and tested condition. Amir Traders is not responsible for any defects that arise after the point of sale.
c. Customers are strongly advised to check and verify the product’s functionality and condition before leaving the sales counter.
2. Product & Invoice Compliance
d. In case of a mismatch between the physical product and the invoice, the matter will be addressed based on the seller’s discretion.
e. Accessories and consumables such as power adapters, cables, printer cartridges, toners, and pre-installed software are not covered under warranty.
3. Display & Software Limitations
f. Manufacturer warranty is void for any display issues such as abnormal brightness on LCD/LED screens, including laptop displays.
g. Hardware warranty does not include software-related support or services.
h. Our support center does not offer free software installation, OS imaging, or device relocation services. Charges may apply.
4. Documentation & Claims
i. Warranty claims must be accompanied by a valid original invoice. Claims without an invoice will not be entertained.
j. Warranty coverage includes repair only — no replacements or refunds will be offered.
k. Product repair timelines may range from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the issue and subject to applicable regulations.
5. Warranty Limitations & Voiding
l. Customer Support Center is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
m. Warranty will be void if:
The product is opened or tampered with by the customer.
Internal modifications or repairs are done outside of authorized service centers.
n. Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser.
6. Right to Refuse Warranty
o. The Support Center reserves the right to reject any claim lacking a valid original invoice.
p. Warranty will be denied if:
The product shows signs of physical damage, burns, or tampering.
Serial numbers are missing, altered, or illegible.
The issue appears to be caused by mishandling.
q. Claims may be rejected if the product/component is submitted in poor condition, or if it falls outside the acceptable standards.
7. Exclusions from Warranty
r. The following are not covered under warranty:
Electrical faults, fire, lightning, accidents, or cosmetic damage.
Damage due to improper installation or use.
Use of non-compatible accessories or components.
Damage from dropping, mishandling, exposure to moisture, weather elements, or any form of liquid/fire.
8. Additional Conditions
s. Warranty may be conditionally accepted if the defect is not conclusively proven to be a manufacturing fault.
t. Certain parts may have a shorter life expectancy than the stated warranty period.
u. Warranty claims will not be accepted if the product is burned, physically damaged, or declared dead within the valid warranty period.
